Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college courses preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management
- PC literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Must be a US citizen
