Service Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical claims and communicate with providers regarding the claims process
• Educate customers on documentation requirements, payment information, and claim status
• Document call details accurately and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate contacts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college courses preferred
• Minimum of one year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management
• PC literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Must be a US citizen
