A company is looking for a Service Center Technician to serve as the first point of contact for agents, policyholders, and claimants.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Teleprocessing calls from agents and DirectConnect calls from policyholders, agents, and claimants
- Provide clear and jargon-free guidance to all callers
- Process related tasks in the work queue to meet service level agreements and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
