Service Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Expert to manage IT delivery teams and ensure project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates work efforts and prepares project/work plans
• Monitors progress and prepares project progress reports
• Manages and tracks commitments while ensuring alignment with technical team priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SDLC, with Waterfall required and Agile preferred
• Experience as a Business Analyst is preferred
• Experience in Project Management or Delivery Management
• Familiarity with Product Owner responsibilities or knowledge
• Experience in meeting facilitation
