Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of digital modernization services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process for assigned customers, ensuring high-quality operations
- Manage internal and external customer relationships, aligning service delivery with program requirements
- Monitor service delivery metrics and lead reporting efforts to demonstrate success against contractual requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and contract management
- Experience supervising teams in engineering, IT operations, security, and/or software development
- Strong expertise in IT service management and cloud-based service operations
- Must have U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances
