Key Responsibilities
- Manage client site implementation and maintenance, ensuring updates and quality assurance
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and resolve inquiries
- Drive process improvements and coach team members while managing workflows and special projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Solid technical background with proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
