Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues
  • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalates issues as needed
  • Develops and implements standard operating procedures for remote IT support
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred, or technical training
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks
  • Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S
  • Familiarity with ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
