Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalates issues as needed
- Develops and implements standard operating procedures for remote IT support
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred, or technical training
- 1-2 years related experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks
- Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S
- Familiarity with ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
