Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to a government agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to computer users via various communication methods
  • Perform hardware and software diagnostics, coordinate repairs, and resolve system problems
  • Document, track, and monitor technical support requests to ensure timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • One year of experience in help desk support, preferably for a large-scale government customer
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required
  • Experience with microcomputer hardware, networks, and office automation software
  • Knowledge of diagnostic utilities and help desk ticketing systems
  • Must obtain an IAT Level I baseline certification within 2 weeks of start date
