Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to computer users via various communication methods
- Perform hardware and software diagnostics, coordinate repairs, and resolve system problems
- Document, track, and monitor technical support requests to ensure timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in help desk support, preferably for a large-scale government customer
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required
- Experience with microcomputer hardware, networks, and office automation software
- Knowledge of diagnostic utilities and help desk ticketing systems
- Must obtain an IAT Level I baseline certification within 2 weeks of start date
