Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Engineer 1 to join their Global Support department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep technical investigations to resolve complex performance issues for customers and partners
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring resolution aligns with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Create documentation for troubleshooting processes to facilitate knowledge sharing among support teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support or software development environment
- At least 3 years of experience with online systems on Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL and Kusto, with proficiency in complex queries
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong team relationships
