Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager (remote) to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, monitor, and report on SLA/SLO for critical IT services, ensuring adherence and driving initiatives for improvement
  • Collaborate with IT Operations and DevOps teams for seamless service transitions and effective incident management
  • Develop and implement best practices for service management processes, leveraging ITIL frameworks in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and modern application architectures
  • Experience with ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and other IT best practices
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Azure certifications) are preferred
