Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Service Manager to oversee the lifecycle of IT services and ensure their effective delivery and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and monitor SLAs/SLOs for IT services, ensuring adherence and driving improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service transitions and effective incident management
- Develop and implement best practices for service management processes and maintain effective communication during service disruptions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application architectures
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and service management tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Azure certifications) preferred
