Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, accuracy, and delivery of service quotes
- Collaborate with service teams to monitor and enforce Key Performance Indicator metrics
- Oversee the execution of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field experience
- 1+ years of experience in service operations or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with CRM systems and service management tools
- ITIL certification is a plus
