Service Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for service-based products in alignment with company goals
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve services while ensuring clear objectives and performance tracking
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services, including pricing models and promotional tactics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in product management, focusing on services
• Proven track record of managing and launching service products or offerings
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong understanding of customer needs
• Familiarity with Agile or other product management methodologies
