Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for ServiceNow
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to create user stories
- Develop training materials and provide training to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst
- At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform in at least one module (HRSD, ITSM, WSD, or GRC)
- Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum environment
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least three years of U.S. residency
