Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer - Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ITSM solutions and create detailed documentation
• Facilitate training and provide mentorship for junior professionals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compliance with IT standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management, information systems, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8 years of IT experience in ServiceNow solution development or similar ITSM/ITAM/HAM-SAM solutions
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and proven track record of implementation
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
• Expertise in ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and experience with Agile concepts
