Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business Unit leads to assess and fulfill Knowledge Management needs
• Develop and maintain process documentation for Knowledge Management processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define objectives and gather requirements for ServiceNow platform modules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the ServiceNow Platform
• ITIL Certification and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• SAFe Certification - Scaled Agile Framework
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with agile software methodologies
