Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of IT Service Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering business requirements through functional and technical workshops
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reporting solutions
- Support integrations, data migration, and post-Go-Live activities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM implementations
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflow automation
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) preferred
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management and CMDB
