A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance ServiceNow applications, focusing on Service Catalog and Knowledge
• Lead customer kickoff calls and requirements sessions, documenting detailed requirements
• Collaborate with IT professionals and vendors to support and maintain ServiceNow integrations and data governance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical resource for large-scale ServiceNow projects
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Data tables and ITSM processes
• ServiceNow ITSM Certification and Certified Application Developer Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to teams and vendors
