ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with developers, business analysts, customers, and management to guide best practices and development approaches
• Design, develop, test, and debug solutions on the ITSM Pro ServiceNow platform, including ITIL services
• Administer the ServiceNow instance, managing upgrades, deployments, and custom workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years in ServiceNow development and administration, and a B.S. in a related field
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Proven ability in workflow, data analysis, and design techniques
• Experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE, Workflow Editor, and various development technologies
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow Orlando release
