A company is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join their Global Technology Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules aligned with ITSM processes
- Identify opportunities for automation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop reporting solutions using ServiceNow's analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Request Management)
- Good understanding of IT Service Desk tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ServiceNow certification is a plus
- Experience with API integration tools and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred
