Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer (Secret).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and manage Discovery schedules in ServiceNow for accurate CMDB data population
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Mid Servers for Discovery across various environments
• Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and collaborate with leadership to define project scopes and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with the implementation of ITOM and managing Discovery schedules
• Experience with mid-server setup and management for ServiceNow Discovery
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and on-premises hardware environments
