Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned tasks and activities for small to medium IT projects, coordinating all aspects
- Create project plans, set goals, and communicate timelines and progress updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and present project status, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline, with four years of Project Management experience
- Certified Project Management Professional (preferred)
- Agile/Scrum related certifications (preferred)
- ServiceNow training or CIS Certification (preferred)
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certification (preferred)
