Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow's SPM module, including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and working configurations
• Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation within the SPM module

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM
• Strong foundation in Strategic Portfolio Management
• Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) is a strong plus
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform admins
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and SPM-related platform updates
