Simulation Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Simulation Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced discrete event simulation models using FlexSim, AnyLogic, and optimization solvers
• Collaborate with the Simulation Lead and clients to define project scope and transform complex simulation needs into actionable insights
• Analyze simulation output to identify optimal system configurations and performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years in systems engineering
• 1-3 years in technical program management, modeling & simulation
• Proven record of end-to-end development and analysis of complex discrete event simulation models
• Hands-on experience with FlexSim and AnyLogic
