Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer / NOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 operations in the NOC, including participating in a call-out rotation
• Monitor production networks, servers, applications, and services, responding to alerts as per standard procedures
• Document issues in a ticketing system and assist in defining operational methods and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience with UNIX/Linux-based operating systems and virtual deployments (VMWare)
• Understanding of ITIL and Service Management concepts
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and participate in an on-call rotation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) may substitute for required education
