Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead and guide the Site Reliability Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of collaboration and personal responsibility within the team and across Engineering
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and guide the implementation of industry standards for infrastructure
• Manage team development, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure alignment with customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform engineering on modern cloud-based infrastructure
• 5+ years in a leadership role as a senior developer, team lead, or engineering manager
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining infrastructure in AWS with infrastructure as code tools
• Demonstrable experience with container orchestration technologies including Kubernetes and Docker
• Proven ability to review technical designs and identify opportunities for automation and delivery improvements
