Sleep Supply Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Supply Specialist for a remote part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary patient point of contact for inbound and outbound sales/service calls
• Achieve sales targets and ensure accurate processing of orders and patient information
• Educate patients on sleep therapy and upsell relevant products to enhance their experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• 6 months to one year of inside sales and/or customer service experience
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
• No specific certificates or licenses required
