- Sell into prospects with 50 employees and above
- Develop a strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in B2B
- Historical record of success in sales (top 10% of sales organization)
- Proven track record of outbound acquisition sales
- Experience selling to HR Buyers or B2B platforms
- Solutions-oriented mindset with quick thinking abilities
