Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver recurring and ad hoc social listening reports tailored to specific campaign and business priorities
- Translate social data into actionable insights that drive decisions beyond volume metrics
- Provide analysis during key launches and events, surfacing sentiment trends and audience behaviors
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in social listening, digital analytics, or insights, preferably in agency, tech, or global brand settings
- Hands-on expertise with social listening tools, preferably Sprinklr
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills, with comfort in interpreting quantitative and qualitative social data
- Ability to craft clear insights and present them in visually engaging ways
- Solid understanding of the social landscape, including platform nuances and content formats
