Job Summary

A company is looking for a 1099 Social Media Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube, creating engaging content and repurposing long-form materials
• Design and implement a system for customer-facing teams to share LinkedIn content, tracking employee activation for broader visibility
• Monitor KPIs, deliver insights for content strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with company events

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube for B2B organizations, preferably in consulting or life sciences
• Skilled in creating visually engaging social media content using tools like Canva
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms
• Familiarity with the sales performance industry and/or life sciences is highly preferred
