- Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or content strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social
- Comfortable interpreting analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Knowledge of paid social is a plus (but not required)
- A genuine interest in trends, digital culture, and what makes people click
