Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of their complex Title Production System.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end technical delivery, defining roadmaps and ensuring timely resolution of risks
• Ensure architectural consistency and provide strategic input on performance optimization and technical standards
• Drive Agile adoption, facilitating sprint planning and maintaining clear communication among teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
• Strong technical understanding of Java, MS SQL Server, Hibernate, and Spring Boot
• Experience with modern web technologies such as Angular or React
• Proven track record of leading large-scale product deliveries in a fast-paced environment
