Software Developer - Ruby on Rails

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer - Ruby on Rails - Professional III.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions to support the laboratory's operations
• Mentor team members and contribute to team building
• Utilize technical knowledge of Ruby on Rails and relational database concepts

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience, or a Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD
• 5+ years of experience in developing commercial quality web applications
• Extensive experience with HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, SASS, jQuery, Materialize, and Bootstrap
• 3+ years of front-end experience with CSS/SASS
• Expert-level knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and Jira, with understanding of at least two Agile frameworks
