Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their Quality Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices in software quality
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and pipelines while mentoring junior team members
• Analyze existing test suites and develop coverage maps to identify gaps in testing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, automation, or related roles
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, with a preference for C#
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
