Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer (US Federal).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance critical distributed services, including Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Develop and maintain core distributed services across various infrastructure environments
• Partner with the Federal Cyber Defense team to ensure security operations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of distributed systems experience
• 3+ years of software engineering experience in systems, infrastructure, or platforms
• 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Golang, Python, Java, or Scala
• 1+ years of experience working on US Federal projects
• Familiarity with large scale SaaS platforms and hybrid environments
