Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain payroll reports for Oracle HCM cloud system
• Develop and optimize reporting solutions using MS Power BI, MS Fabric, and Azure Data Lake
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve payroll reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 4+ years of experience with general programming languages such as Python and SQL
• 3+ years of experience in building data visualizations and reporting solutions in Power BI
• Experience with payroll processing methodologies, including Oracle HCM Payroll Flow
• Proficiency in data structuring and familiarity with GL mapping
