Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Wordpress and PHP).

Key Responsibilities

• Build new features via WordPress plugins and assist in managing various hosting platforms
• Maintain existing custom-built dashboards and support the transition of customer websites to WP Engine
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to improve development processes and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS preferred, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with PHP, WordPress, WP Engine, Node.js, and modern frameworks (Symfony, Laravel)
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based web applications is a plus
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
