• Work on all layers of the tech stack, proactively troubleshooting and solving issues

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience building scalable frontend and backend systems
• Proven track record of building highly performant and observable systems
• Experience leading the planning and execution of software development roadmaps
• Passionate about technology with involvement in tech talks, articles, or open source projects
• Able to work across disciplines with minimal process to create predictability
