Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II, Android OS BSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the next generation of the Android Platform with a focus on the Android BSP and Linux Kernel
• Collaborate with Hardware, Product, SOC vendors, and manufacturing partners to create high-performance devices
• Develop platform features while ensuring software quality, security, and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Android OS or a Linux Kernel environment
• Experience in developing software and debugging within the Linux Kernel
• Ability to read schematics and collaborate with hardware teams on device bring-up
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git and Android command line tools
• Experience in adding software components to the OS and working with build infrastructure
