Software Engineer Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, providing technical input in collaboration with the product manager
• Collaborate on strategy alignment across product portfolios with product managers and key stakeholders
• Lead daily standups and retrospectives, encouraging feedback and coaching team practices such as paired programming and test-driven development

Required Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 5 or more years of experience in software engineering (Preferred)
• Expertise in one or more business domains and multiple technology stacks
• Experience in establishing continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices
• No supervisory responsibilities associated with this position
