Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Python) for their Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and machine learning engineers to evolve the data stack and address challenges
• Architect, design, and implement solutions to enhance productivity for data product teams
• Lead efforts to improve the software engineering culture within the data organization and resolve development issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Python and internal tooling/automation
• Expert knowledge of software engineering practices and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in container-based development workflows (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.), Snowflake, AWS, Apache Airflow, and Kafka
• Experience with SQL and analytical databases
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
