Software Engineer Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in developing a next-generation SaaS platform using .NET technologies
• Analyze complex systems and lead architectural design discussions
• Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and optimize applications for performance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 2 additional years of experience
• Experience with C# and .NET for web application development
• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• Strong experience in CI/CD systems and software source control, preferably Git
