Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building and optimizing a world-class distributed file system.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine user requirements for features in collaboration with stakeholders
• Design, implement, and contribute to code for products, services, or features
• Monitor system performance as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and improve product reliability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of knowledge in storage internals, file systems, distributed systems, or operating systems
• Proven experience coding in languages including C, C++, or Java
• Ability to meet security screening requirements
