Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and testing of enhancements for their database platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the agile software development life cycle from design to customer support
• Conduct competitive analysis of database systems and recommend changes to enhance offerings
• Design, implement, validate, and test new database features and perform functional and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least three years of related research or industry experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, R, and SQL
• Experience in system development and debugging in a parallel processing environment
• Familiarity with Agile software development methods and tools
