Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the software engineering function, ensuring high-quality software delivery through all phases of development
• Manage staff development, performance feedback, and ensure alignment of team goals with organizational objectives
• Drive improvements in development and deployment processes while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of related professional experience with at least 3 years in a management role
• Preferred: Master's degree and experience in large Scaled Agile Framework environments
• Preferred: Experience delivering Salesforce solutions and in the healthcare or payer industries
• Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach certification is preferred upon hire
