• Manage team sprint planning and communicate progress to engineering leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software in a .NET environment
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and microservices
