Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing complex software products
• 3+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring software engineers
• Familiarity with various software development methodologies such as scrum and kanban
• Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate independently and take responsibility for timely quality delivery
