Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a skilled engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and build a successful, globally distributed engineering team
• Plan and execute long-term strategies to improve team and product performance
• Draft quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs while enhancing product quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• At least eight years of related experience required
• Thorough understanding of Computer Science & Software Engineering
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
