Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of large scale software systems design, development, testing, and deployment
• At least 2 years of experience managing offshore development teams using Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with modern software development practices such as CI/CD and test-driven development
• Experience with tools and technologies like Snowflake, Looker, and AWS
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on team alignment and vision co-creation
