Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineer Frontend.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, setting expectations and providing performance feedback
• Lead the design and development of frontend frameworks, components, and applications while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Act as Scrum master, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 8 years of experience developing frontend applications for commercial software
• Over 4 years of experience leading development teams
• Scrum Master certification and experience in an agile environment
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and React, along with strong CI/CD practices
