Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 1-2 scrum teams of Software Engineers, providing coaching and mentoring
• Consult with Product Management, UX Designers, and Tech Leads to deliver software solutions
• Maintain team performance accountability and contribute to system and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Object-Oriented development experience
• Experience with MySQL/MSSQL and version control software, preferably Git
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
